To set up an email campaigns from any email service provider including but not limited to Constant Contact, Mail Chimp and SendBlue just to name a few at InteliTroop we ensure that your domain has proper configuration of the email authentication protocols: DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail), SPF (Sender Policy Framework), and DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance).
We generate a public and private DKIM key for your domain. Add the public key to your domain's DNS records as a TXT record. Configure your email server to sign outgoing emails with the private key.
We identify all mail servers that send email on behalf of your domain. Create a SPF record and publish it in your domain's DNS as a TXT record. The SPF record should include all the mail servers identified in step 2. Update your email server to include the SPF information in the headers of outgoing emails.
