Website Accessibility Monitoring
Monthly automated checks on agreed pages from $49/month, prior-run comparisons, dated history, scoped alerts and a repair-ticket path. New repairs and human review are separate.
For Florida businesses, a content edit, new menu, CMS deploy, theme or plugin update can reintroduce a barrier. Monitoring offers monthly automated checks on agreed pages and a reviewed change history—not a promise that every user task remains accessible.
Agree on coverage before the recurring checks
Before monitoring begins, agree on the pages and templates, monthly checks, who receives reviewed alerts and which changes warrant an alert. Monitoring starts at $49/month for agreed pages. A free scan request or estimate inquiry is not enrollment in recurring monitoring or consent to monitoring alerts.
The monthly automated check compares a dated run against the prior run, with a history and status PDF for the agreed coverage. A failed fetch or an unscanned page is unknown coverage, not a clean result. Automated rules do not complete purchases, interpret every content change or replace human assistive-technology review.
What the comparison actually says
A result may be a new candidate, persisting, not observed on recheck, or unknown where coverage was unavailable. “Not observed” is not “fixed”: resolution requires a relevant retest and human review of the evidence. A missing page must never clear a previous finding. Only agreed contacts receive alerts about reviewed changes within the agreed scope.
A repair ticket can reference the finding and its status so an owner can authorize a separate repair. The status PDF and dated history show what was checked and what remains open, not a certificate of conformance.
After a regression appears
Review the affected template or journey and determine whether the change came from content, CMS, menu, plugin, theme or deployment. Scope any code or content repairs separately, then retest the affected task and update its record. An annual human review can be discussed as a separately scoped option; the monthly automated check does not include a human screen-reader session.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does requesting a free scan start monthly monitoring?
No. A free scan request or estimate inquiry does not enroll you in recurring service. Monitoring needs separately agreed pages, scope and contact consent.
What does $49/month include?
Monitoring starts at $49/month for monthly automated checks of agreed pages, a prior-run comparison and dated history/status PDF, with reviewed alerts under the agreed scope. Repairs and optional human review are separately scoped.
Does a missing finding mean it was fixed?
No. A finding not observed on a recheck needs relevant retest evidence and human review before it can be marked resolved. Failed or missing pages have unknown coverage and never clear earlier findings.
Are screen-reader reviews included each month?
No. Automated checks cannot stand in for a human session. An annual human review can be separately scoped, as can new repairs and custom journeys.
